Corporate Social Responsibility
Introduction
MAYUKHARDO® makes donation and charity since it's beginning. It comes under CSR Policy of a Corporate body and which totaly differs from NGO / NPO / Charitable Trust. We follow the deeds of Mother Teresa. MAYUKHARDO® helps the needy and poverty stricken people who are in a critical situation like :-
- Patients who area unable to afford their medical treatment.
- Serious students who are unable to afford fees for education.
- Helps people during natural calamities and disasters.
- Helping senior citizens and children who have lost their owns.
Among the registered bodies, we donate to few charitable trusts and organisations. Our first donation was to Dr. Ghosh Charitable Trust (BRAIN) and we continue to donate via them till now. We also donate to clubs like Sarodia andhold colaboration with Rotaract Club of Calcutta Circle. We contribute 2% of our annual profit of our Entrepreneurship as CSR since 2019, every year till date. We aim to help not only human being but also in other ways to the society, environment, flora and fauna.
Apart from the registered NGOs / NPOs we also keeps an aim to provide amenities, treatment and fund too. MAYUKHARDO® provides help in three possible ways:-
- Fund : Helping with funds for Education and Health care.
- Service: Helping with service to the trusts and poor people.
- Amenity: Helping others with basic needed amenities
At present we are also aimed to expand our Charitable connections and be a helping hand to the needy parts of this world by creating a Charitable Trust under our Chairman's supervision. By your well wishes it is going to get established very soon.

Mr. Joydeep Mukherjee is our CEO’s Dad. He is one of the Cultural Members of MAYUKHARDO®. He was born and brought up in Bihar. Completed his schooling from Rajendra High School, Sindri. Completed his graduation from Sindri College. He has worked at India Government Mint for 21 years. Due to corporatisation of I.G. Mint, he has been transferred to the Income Tax Department under the Ministry of Finance. Mr. Mukherjee has also played a vital role of a professional musician via the instrument of Synthesizer before 1998 in All India Radio and existing media houses of the 90's era.

She completed her graduation from Ghola College, Sodepur. She is gaining knowledge in Tabla at Bickram Ghosh Aca
